Food Safety Training Award Level 2

Food hygiene training course providers have identified a growing need to make food safety training more relevant to specific business environments to increase effectiveness. This one day course reflects the needs of staff within the residential health and social care sector. These food safety training qualifications are required to address new National Occupational Standards.

Assessment is by multiple choice examination.
