Lone Working Awareness

When estate agent Suzy Lamplugh went missing from work in 1986 her body was never found. Her family and friends established a trust to provide training to ensure that staff avoid becoming the victims of aggression. The aim of this course is to raise awareness and build confidence in lone working. It aims to identify the risks associated with personal safety and develop good working practices to keep staff safe.

Learning Outcomes:

  • What is lone working
  • What are the legal duties and responsibilities
  • Assessing, identifying and minimising the risks of lone working
  • Good working practice and strategies to reduce the risk

This Lone Working Course is delivered in 2 hours.
