Self Harm

This short course aims to educate staff about the warning signs, risk factors and actions to take should they suspect a young person or adult is self-harming or having suicidal thoughts.

After completing this course they will be able to:

  • List the warning signs that might suggest self-harm or suicidal thought in young people or adults
  • Explain what you to do if they suspect self-harm
  • Outline the risk factors and possible causes of self-harm and suicidal thoughts in young people and adults

This Course is delivered in 2 hours.
